Description
Prolec is seeking a Project Engineer to support capital and/or expansion projects within its manufacturing operations. The role coordinates internal resources, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders; develops project plans; monitors scope, schedule, costs, risks, and performance; manages changes; reports status; and maintains project documentation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field and at least five years of manufacturing operations experience, with project management, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills preferred.
