Ragle Inc. is hiring a full-time Project Engineer for its West Texas Division in the Midland, Odessa area. The role supports heavy civil construction projects by maintaining safety and quality standards, coordinating crews and subcontractors, tracking production, performing quantity takeoffs and field measurements, preparing schedules, and coordinating with inspectors and owner representatives. A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required, while 2–4 years of heavy civil construction experience is preferred. The position requires outdoor work, physical site navigation, occasional travel, and may involve varying shifts; visa sponsorship is not offered.
