RBA Builders is hiring an entry-level Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects from planning through execution and closeout. The role involves field operations, construction methods, project documentation, submittals, change orders, basic cost tracking, estimating, scheduling, procurement, and coordination with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, architects, and clients. The position is full-time, pays $60,000–$75,000 per year, and requires both office and construction-site work.
