Description
RESPEC is hiring a mid-level Project Engineer in San Antonio or Castroville, Texas, to lead water and wastewater infrastructure projects from concept through completion. The role involves preparing design plans and technical reports, managing permitting, bidding, construction administration, regulatory coordination, and mentoring junior staff. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in civil, environmental, or a related engineering field, at least seven years of relevant water/wastewater engineering experience, hydraulic and distribution/collection-system knowledge, and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD, and GIS. A Texas PE license or ability to obtain one and treatment-process knowledge are preferred. Compensation is commensurate with education and experience, with health, dental, and vision benefits.
