The Project Engineer leads technical execution across the full lifecycle of propulsion and power-systems programs, from concept and design through prototyping, testing, and delivery. The role manages schedules, budgets, technical deliverables, design reviews, test programs, manufacturing and supplier coordination, technical risks, documentation, and customer communications, while supporting cost estimating and proposal development. It requires a relevant engineering degree, program-management experience, engineering-analysis knowledge, CAD and PLM proficiency, and ITAR compliance; experience with engines, power generation, hybrid or high-voltage electric systems, engine testing, and design for manufacturing is preferred. The position is full-time, exempt, office-based, may require up to 10% travel, and does not provide relocation expenses.
