Description
Sargent Electric Company is hiring an experienced Project Engineer based out of its Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania office to provide technical oversight for EPC or Design-Build projects, including engineering solutions, constructable designs, value engineering, supply-chain troubleshooting, commissioning support, and coordination with project managers, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. The role may oversee multiple projects, requires periodic nationwide job-site travel and short-term on-site assignments, and involves participation in proposals, schedules, budgets, procurement, and project reporting. A four-year electrical engineering or construction management degree or equivalent is preferred, with 5–8 years of related experience as a substitute, and knowledge of electrical studies, multi-discipline coordination, and energy projects is required.
