Description
The Project Engineer leads engineering functions for Sharp’s new business development projects and strategic capital programs across its facilities. The role manages equipment, tooling, and technology design, specifications, estimating, procurement, qualification, and implementation; supports packaging process validation and production operations; serves as a technical liaison to customers; and develops project deliverables, validation protocols, procedures, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in engineering, 3–7 years of relevant experience, project management and cross-functional leadership expertise, manufacturing troubleshooting experience, and proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office.
