Nicholson Construction is hiring a temporary, full-time Geotechnical Construction Engineer to provide technical, quality-control, and administrative support to superintendents, project engineers, and project managers at a jobsite near Manhattan, New York. The role includes field quality testing, safety enforcement, recordkeeping, drawing interpretation, small crew leadership, surveys, material ordering, and change-order and claim analysis. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field, 2–3 years of construction equipment or techniques experience, U.S. work eligibility, and knowledge of structural and geotechnical design.
