Description
Textron Systems is seeking a Project Engineer to support the development of electro-mechanical systems for space-grade weapons applications. The role involves hands-on engineering execution, structural and thermal integrity testing, requirements development, design iteration, prototyping, verification and validation, cross-functional integration, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, configuration control, and technical documentation. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in electrical, mechanical, or related engineering, approximately five years of engineering experience, electro-mechanical design and high-reliability hardware experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and an active Secret clearance with the ability to obtain Special Access approval.
