Description
The HVAC Project Coordinator assists the Project Manager with planning and coordinating onsite construction activities for designated HVAC projects. Responsibilities include drafting RFIs and proposal letters, reviewing submittals and specifications, supporting documentation and budget control, estimating change orders, developing and monitoring project schedules, managing procurement and correspondence logs, facilitating quality control, selecting products, preparing productivity reports, coding costs, purchasing materials, supporting safety and commissioning, and performing value engineering and project forecasting. The role requires routine driving to project sites and may involve travel or relocation. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering or construction field is preferred, while equivalent technical training and related experience are considered; at least three to five years of technical or administrative experience in HVAC, piping, and plumbing at the commercial, industrial, or institutional level is required. The stated annual compensation range is $64,960 to $91,756, with health, dental, and vision benefits.
