Doka USA is hiring a Project Engineer to plan, design, and execute formwork and shoring solutions for construction projects. The role involves collaborating with clients, project managers, engineers, architects, and construction teams; developing plans, drawings, models, and calculations; selecting materials; ensuring compliance with codes and safety regulations; and monitoring project progress. The position is based in McKinney, Texas, is on-site, and reports to the Engineering Manager. Applicants need a bachelor's degree in civil or structural engineering or a related field, formwork and shoring design experience, CAD and structural analysis proficiency, and strong analytical and communication skills; a Professional Engineer license is a major plus.
