Description
The Material Capital Repair and Replacement (MCRR) Engineer executes repair and replacement projects for water and wastewater infrastructure. The role defines project needs, develops bid plans and technical scopes, coordinates with operations, procurement, and the Capital Project Coordinator, oversees contractors, manages compliance and safety, and reports project status. It is split approximately 50% office and 50% field work at Jones Island Water Reclamation Facility, South Shore Water Reclamation Facility, or conveyance facilities, and requires engineering education, 2–5 years of related experience, professional engineering registration, and confined-space training.
