Description
The P&ID Engineer reviews and marks up process and instrumentation diagrams, validates heat and mass balances, performs line-sizing and velocity checks, develops equipment, valve, electrical, pump, blower, instrument, and material lists, prepares technical packages, and reviews fabrication drawings. The role requires a mechanical or chemical engineering degree, 7–10 years of experience, and familiarity with P&IDs, piping codes, standards, and global customer projects.
