Weir is hiring a Project Engineer in San Bernardo, Santiago, Chile, on a hybrid basis. The role leads technical-commercial proposals through the pre-award stage, coordinates multidisciplinary contributions, reviews compliance and documentation, plans projects and manages risks, and maintains records in SAP, Salesforce CRM, and shared matrices. Candidates need a degree in mechanical, civil, industrial, metallurgical, commercial, or related engineering; more than five years of proposal management, quotation, or project coordination experience; mining, industrial, or mining-equipment-supply experience; intermediate English; and intermediate Excel skills, with Salesforce and SAP experience preferred.
