Arcadis is hiring an Engineering Cost Estimator to prepare and review CAPEX and OPEX cost estimates for engineering projects, including quantity takeoffs, unit-price analyses, estimate bases, and supporting documentation. The role coordinates with engineering disciplines, manages cost databases and benchmarks, and supports bid reviews and cost-report consolidation for project decision-making. Candidates need a professional engineering degree, at least five years of similar experience, knowledge of cost structures and Excel, and residence in Lima.
