Description
CF Industries is seeking a Project Engineer to lead a portfolio of medium- to large-scale capital and engineering projects at its Woodward plant. Reporting to the Chief Project Engineer, the role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project planning and execution using stage-gate FEL and risk-management practices, supervises field construction, ensures EHS, PSM, and MOC compliance, supports equipment fabrication and inspection, performs root-cause and failure analyses, tracks cost and schedule performance, and communicates project status and risks to stakeholders. The position requires an engineering degree from an ABET-accredited institution, at least five years of applicable engineering or industry experience, project engineering or capital-project management experience, regulatory knowledge, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; PMP and AutoCAD knowledge are preferred.
