BKF Engineers is hiring Project Engineers for its Bridges & Structures team to support bridge and transportation structure projects across Northern, Central, and Southern California. The role involves structural design, analysis, load ratings, foundations and substructures, cost estimating, technical reporting, interdisciplinary coordination, code and permitting compliance, and construction-phase reviews. Applicants need at least three years of bridge or structural engineering experience, a bachelor's degree from an ABET-accredited program, and proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; EIT certification is preferred and PE licensure is prioritized. The position is hybrid, may require travel, and offers an annual salary of $99,000 to $135,000 paid biweekly.
