The role covers data flows, BACnet/IP, Modbus, MQTT, REST API integrations, analytics and AI-enabled predictive maintenance, interface control documents, and coordination with engineers, project managers, and vendors. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, building systems, or a related field, plus 5–7 years of relevant experience. The position is based in New York, Boston, or Philadelphia and offers a hybrid workplace with an estimated annual salary of $85,000–$110,000.
