Leadec is hiring a Project Engineer / Building Services Engineer / Utilities Engineering in Stuttgart to implement technical facility-management projects and support planning, maintenance, inspection, acceptance, cost estimation, and continuous improvement. The role advises customers on sustainable and energy-efficient solutions, prepares renovation proposals, and serves as the technical contact for on-site employees during maintenance, repairs, new builds, and conversions. Candidates need a degree in building services, facility management, utilities engineering, building technology, or a comparable field, professional experience in technical facility management, expertise in mechanical and/or electrical building equipment, and MS Office proficiency.
