Description
TEHORA is seeking a Project Engineer – Civil Engineering to support civil infrastructure projects, including estimating costs, obtaining project inputs, designing water supply, sewer, and roadway networks, performing hydraulic calculations, coordinating urban technical networks, preparing permits and authorizations, estimating quantities and costs, and monitoring construction compliance. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, membership in the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, engineering consulting experience, at least two years of infrastructure specialization, knowledge of SWMM and EPANET, and availability to travel to project sites. Work may be remote or at client premises, with flexible schedules and a hybrid remote-work environment.
