Description
The employer is seeking a Project Engineer – Civil Engineering / Deep Construction to independently manage and complete sewer construction projects across HOAI performance phases 6 to 9. The role covers construction supervision, site management, cost, schedule, and quality control; preparation of bills of quantities, cost estimates, and tender documents; execution planning; construction acceptances, commissioning, warranty monitoring, and measurement validation. Candidates need a civil engineering degree or comparable deep-construction qualification, relevant project experience, knowledge of German construction and procurement law, AVA software proficiency, strong project-management and communication skills, at least B2 German, and a class B driver’s license.
