Description
Graycor is hiring a Project Engineer to join its Engineering Mentoring Program, which provides hands-on project experience, one-on-one training, coaching, and department rotation. The role supports project management and project controls, schedule development, documentation, procurement, subcontractor and vendor coordination, estimating, and preconstruction services. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a relevant technical discipline, 0–3 years of relevant construction internship or post-undergraduate experience, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel extensively and temporarily reside at project sites. The program typically lasts 24 months before advancement to a new position.
