Description
IWS is hiring a Travelling Field Engineer, also called a Project Engineer, to support Project Managers in delivering technical services for Integrated Water Services projects in Austin, San Antonio, and surrounding areas. The role handles submittals, change requests, document control, field quality control, invoicing, billings, scopes of work, contracts, schedules, subcontractor relations, and jobsite communication. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field or equivalent experience, with commercial construction experience preferred and water treatment, wastewater, or heavy civil construction experience advantageous. The position requires travel to job sites up to 75% of the time and offers a base salary of $70,000–$95,000 annually plus benefits.
