NOVA Engineering is hiring a Project Engineer in Charleston, South Carolina to support geotechnical and construction materials testing and special inspection projects. The role includes field engineering, data reduction and analysis, project management and reporting, field supervision, report preparation, and client consultation. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or an equivalent international degree with NCEES credential evaluation, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and PE or the ability to obtain a PE within one to two years; ACI, ICC, SCDOT, or related certifications are a plus.
