Description
The Construction Project Manager supports construction projects through planning, scheduling, coordination, RFI and submittal management, close-out documentation, QA/QC, testing, permitting, and change management. The role requires a high school diploma with applicable industry experience, an associate’s degree in construction management or a related field, and proficiency with Microsoft products and plan/spec reading; PROCORE and Bluebeam familiarity is preferred. The position is in person, requires regular attendance, and pays $70,000–$78,000 annually with health, vision, dental, disability, life, and other benefits.
