Description
The Proposal Coordinator supports Just-In-Time lean manufacturing by coordinating cross-functional proposal development, compiling cost, schedule, and technical elements, developing and validating site bill-of-materials, running SAP/P2P and Clearwater labor reports, creating labor templates, and supporting audits and performance-management teams. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or a related field, at least three years of professional experience, manufacturing knowledge, technical-drawing reading ability, and strong analytical and communication skills. The full-time position offers a salary range of $70,500 to $130,900, medical, dental, and vision benefits, and flexible work arrangements.
