Description
The Engineering Program Manager coordinates the planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects within an assigned responsibility. The role plans engineering programs, reviews product designs for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and specifications, approves design changes and drawing releases, and coordinates technical developments, scheduling, and engineering design and test problems. The position requires Microsoft Office proficiency, United States citizenship, and the ability to obtain a Secret clearance; it offers a full-time salary range of $70,500 to $130,900 and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
