Lockheed Martin is hiring a Senior Staff Project Engineer to support the 1LMX ERP/MES deployment program. The role leads planning, design, build, deployment, cutover, and system decommissioning activities for the enterprise S/4 HANA and MES systems, coordinates engineering projects and technical developments, manages stakeholders, and drives projects to completion. The position requires program or project management experience, familiarity with MES or SAP, strong communication and business analysis skills, virtual team leadership experience, and U.S. citizenship; night or weekend work may be required during deployment cycles. Compensation ranges from $63,400 to $163,700 depending on the geographic zone, with medical, dental, vision, flexible work arrangements, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
