The Spark Consortium is hiring a full-time MEI Electrical Project Engineer for the North East Link Project in Melbourne. The role covers electrical systems across the project lifecycle, including preliminary planning, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover of high-voltage, low-voltage, lighting, communication, fibre, and other electrical packages. Responsibilities include reviewing designs, managing subcontractor budgets, coordinating stakeholders, providing onsite technical support, and ensuring compliance with codes and quality standards. Applicants need a bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, at least five years of electrical engineering experience, large-scale infrastructure project delivery experience, CAD proficiency, and strong project management and communication skills.
