SOCCO XPerts GmbH is hiring a Project Engineer / Engineer for Building Services / Utilities Engineering in Stuttgart-Untertürkheim. The role covers technical facility management projects, including preparation of quality, maintenance, inspection, and acceptance plans; service-concept planning and costing; identification of technical-system weaknesses; continuous improvement; sustainability and energy-efficiency solutions; refurbishment proposals; and client and on-site technical communication. The position requires a relevant degree, professional experience in technical facility management, knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical building equipment, MS Office skills, and a flexible, customer-focused approach. It is a full-time role with a 40-hour work week and flexible workplace.
