ECC is looking for an entry-level Project Engineer to join their team in Honolulu, Hawaii. The role involves supporting large federal government construction projects for the Department of Defense (DoD), focusing on planning, coordinating, and executing engineering and construction activities. Responsibilities include reviewing engineering reports, performing field inspections, tracking project scopes, coordinating with various stakeholders, assisting with RFP development, inspecting materials, and applying relevant regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification, 1-3 years of construction management or engineering experience, particularly on federal projects, and strong analytical and communication skills.
