JB&B is hiring a Project Engineer to lead full design on tenant fit-out projects and serve as a key designer on base building and infrastructure upgrades. The role covers ancillary MEP systems, contract documents, design criteria, shop drawings, RFIs, site visits, project schedules, cross-discipline coordination, proposal support, and mentorship of junior engineers. It requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and 3–4 years of experience or demonstrated senior-level competency, with supervisory responsibilities and regular active construction-site visits.
