JB&B is hiring a full-time, mid-level Project Engineer - Field in New York, New York. The role leads full design on tenant fit-out projects, contributes to base building and infrastructure upgrades, prepares contract documents and basis of design, leads ancillary MEP systems, reviews shop drawings and RFIs, performs site visits, supports scheduling and proposals, coordinates cross-discipline work, and mentors junior engineers. The position requires a bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering and 3–4 years of experience or demonstrated project engineer or senior engineer-level competencies; electrical engineering and mission-critical or data center experience are encouraged. The role includes supervisory responsibilities and requires periodic visits to active construction sites.
