Description
The Project Engineer will develop and enhance MATLAB/Simulink models for HVDC systems and converter units, implement and validate grid-forming and direct voltage control concepts, create and maintain PSCAD/EMTDC and PowerFactory simulation models, and analyze grid stability, reactive power, and dynamic power-system behavior. The role requires a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant engineering field, professional experience modeling power electronic systems, strong MATLAB/Simulink and PSCAD/EMTDC skills, expertise in HVDC and power electronics, and fluent German and English.
