The role manages project and employee schedules, supports training and customer job requirements, maintains records and databases, coordinates with other divisions, assists in pre-job meetings requiring travel, and supports the team on the floor. The position requires a four-year degree in Engineering, Business, or Management, strong leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to manage high-stress situations.
