Description
Mortenson is hiring a Project Engineer I for its Civil Group. The role manages field coordination, construction quality processes, permits, contract documents, submittals, RFIs, change orders, as-built documentation, subcontractor coordination, safety compliance, schedules, and field engineers. It requires a bachelor's degree in construction, civil or architectural engineering, or construction management (or equivalent experience), at least two years of related construction experience, a driver's license, and strong organizational, communication, teamwork, customer service, and problem-solving skills. The position is based anywhere in the United States but requires 100% travel to project sites, with home rotations every three weeks for five days. Visa sponsorship is not offered.
