Description
Pepper Construction is hiring a Project Engineer to support experienced Project Managers and Superintendents in running construction projects from start to finish. The role covers budgeting, subcontractor bidding and negotiation, scheduling, cost forecasting, subcontractor coordination, quality and safety management, and project closeout. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field strongly preferred, 0–2 years of general contractor or construction experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. This is an in-person position in Wisconsin, and Pepper does not sponsor work visas.
