Pepper Construction is hiring a Project Engineer I to support experienced project management and field supervision staff in overseeing construction projects from initial budget through closeout. The role focuses on safety, client satisfaction, budgeting, subcontractor bidding and negotiation, scheduling, cost forecasting, subcontractor coordination, quality and safety management, and project closeout. A construction, engineering, or related bachelor's degree and prior co-op or internship experience are preferred, while strong communication, relationship-building, independence, teamwork, and attention to detail are required.
