Pepper Construction is hiring a Project Engineer to support the safety, direction, completion, and financial outcome of construction projects from initial budget through closeout. The role includes budgeting, subcontractor bidding and negotiation, project scheduling, cost forecasting, subcontractor coordination, quality and safety management, project closeout, client communication, and business development. Candidates need a B.S. in Construction Engineering or a related field and 3–5 years of construction experience.
