The role supports quotation and concept development, mold and equipment validation, process development, and transfer to manufacturing, while developing molding, automation, and assembly processes. It requires a relevant bachelor's degree, 2–3 years of experience, scientific molding knowledge, NPD experience, project management ability, and working knowledge of 3D CAD software; SolidWorks, Lean Manufacturing, and medical device manufacturing experience are preferred.
