The role involves researching and designing project elements, managing customer deliverables, coordinating internal and external teams, providing technical support, conducting assembly testing and design-of-experiments, preparing validation and device master records, and supporting projects after release to manufacturing. The position requires a relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, manufacturing and CAD knowledge, project-management ability, and strong problem-solving skills; SolidWorks, leadership, medical-device, and lean-manufacturing experience are desirable.
