The role focuses on reducing recurring costs and cycle times, improving system reliability, managing complex cross-functional projects, tracking KPIs and performance metrics, and leading risk and opportunity review boards. Candidates need at least five years of system development, integration, or project management experience, experience with complex hardware systems, scheduling and budgeting expertise, strong technical writing and presentation skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and a bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical field.
