Description
The Technical Lead will serve as a technical lead across multiple projects and focus areas, participating in conceptual and detailed design, execution, development, and support; preparing and presenting proposals; resolving customer concerns; managing project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety; mentoring staff; and applying SEL and world-class manufacturing principles. The role requires an electrical engineering degree, at least eight years of relevant application experience, knowledge of power-system protection, control, automation, communications, design, studies, and protective relays, and willingness to travel domestically and internationally at least 25%. Preferred qualifications include a professional engineering license, relevant industry experience, project management experience, and project-management software knowledge.
