Description
The Technical Lead will serve as a technical lead across multiple projects and focus areas, participating in conceptual and detailed design, execution, development, and support; preparing and presenting proposals for SEL equipment, services, and systems; leading project teams to resolve customer concerns; ensuring deliverables meet scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety requirements; mentoring staff; and applying SEL and world-class manufacturing principles. The role requires an electrical engineering degree, at least eight years of relevant experience, knowledge of power-system protection, control, automation, communications, design, studies, and protective relays, and willingness to travel at least 25% domestically and internationally. Focus areas include protection, automation, design, studies, commissioning, security, networking, and project management.
