Description
Orizon, a Spitzer company, is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead engineering and detailing for structural steel fabrication operations. The role manages outsourced engineering and detailing teams, produces fabrication-ready drawings, connection designs, and Tekla models, coordinates with estimating, procurement, shop operations, customers, and EPC contractors, and minimizes rework and production delays. Required qualifications include structural steel fabrication experience, AISC-based connection design, AWS D1.1 and ASTM knowledge, EPC contractor experience, engineering or detailing team leadership, and Tekla Structures and BIM model management. The position follows a Monday-Friday 7:30 AM–4:30 PM schedule with possible overtime and weekend work.
