The role involves assisting in site grading, erosion control, preparing design drafts, managing project timelines, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, resolving issues proactively, tracking budgets, conducting field observations, and communicating project progress effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, project management, and computer skills, with a preference for those who have worked with Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
