Blach Construction is hiring an entry-level Project Engineer Intern for a summer 2027 internship in Southern California. The intern will support project documentation, bid preparation, subcontractor coordination, RFIs, change orders, site records, progress documentation, and project close-out while assisting the Project Manager and Project Engineer. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in progress, strong Microsoft Office skills, customer service and communication abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Compensation is $20–$28 hourly depending on experience, with regular business hours and a comprehensive benefits package.
