Therma is hiring a Project Engineer Intern in San Jose, California, for an in-office mechanical construction project management internship. The intern will support pre-construction activities, bid preparation, subcontractor coordination, material procurement, project meetings, job-cost review, and closeout. Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, have completed at least two years of undergraduate coursework, maintain a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0, and hold a valid driver's license. The position pays $25 per hour and is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
