Description
The Senior Project Engineer IV will lead the Borger U40 FCC Reliability Improvement Project from detailed design through construction, commissioning, startup, and handover. The role serves as the primary technical interface with the engineering contractor, coordinates multidiscipline teams, manages contractor performance and technical issues, supports field execution, and collaborates with refinery operations and maintenance. The position is a W2 contract on a per-diem basis with no benefits, based in Houston during detailed design and transitioning to the Borger Refinery site for construction and the March 2028 turnaround.
