Description
Lead a small team of approximately five engineers and CAD designers in designing substation projects, focusing on General/Physical Layout and Protection & Control packages. The successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing existing projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving new business opportunities. Responsibilities include supervising team work, directing project designs and documentation, conducting complex drawing reviews, assisting in the training of junior engineers, and utilizing various office software.
